Split pit occurs most often in peach varieties that are harvested early. You’re witnessing the unfortunate result of some missteps in this peach’s growth. This isn’t a secret attempt at making peaches sentient beings, nor is it what you’re more likely thinking: mold. The inside of this peach may appear to have creases and bumps like to a frontal lobe, but fear not. Is it OK to eat a peach with bumpy white stuff around the pit?Īhhh, peach season, when we all look forward to sinking our teeth into perfectly soft, juicy….BRAINS? If you see unhealed, open wounds on the peach’s exterior you should toss. In some cases the split might also break the peach’s skin. What it is: The pit split while the peach was in the tree the weird stuff around the pit is likely the peach’s efforts to repair the split.Įat or toss: Eat! But be careful with that odd stuff by the pit, it’s unlikely to taste good and may have bits of broken pit in it. One animation took longer to do than the other one since it's basically a cut and paste. What you see: Your peach’s pit has split open, the area around the pit is bumpy and strange. In fact, you may have noticed that I've also released a Daisy version of this animation as a first test of this feature. While it took a lot of time to set up initially, if I ever want to do this again, it should happen relatively quickly. This will allow me to easily do the same flattening with someone else. I've been practicing saving and transferring motion data form one model to another. I made this animation in a way that would allow me to replicate it again in the future if I ever wanted to squash another character like this. Video recommended! This one has sound effects as well! On the contrary, it was having way too much fun, and had other plans for Peach. But the Thwomp didn't exactly leave just yet. The flattening was immense, and Peach was glad to finally be done with it. Finally, with enough effort, Peach managed to pop back to her normal shape. She would bulge upwards for a brief moment, then return to her flattened state. The flattening was so intense that it took her a few tries to even pop back to normal. She had much more surface area than she did before. Peach had been squashed and spread very wide across the grass. After an agonizing array of multiple squashings, the Thwomp finally rose up, giving Peach some time to collect herself. Each slam rendered her flatter and flatter, and spread her body out more and more with each heavy pounding. Peach could only helplessly groan with each slam as she was relentlessly tenderized and splattered over and over again. Shortly after floating back up, it came smashing down again, this time rapidly squashing, smushing, and pulverizing Peach repeatedly with it's heavy stone body. not again." Peach groaned to her pancaked self.īut the Thwomp wasn't done just yet. Her tiny squishy body splattering and spreading out underneath was great! The Thwomp then rose up, revealing the disc flattened princess smushed out on the ground below. In an instant, the Thwomp had once again turned the princess into a very flat Peach pancake. The Thwomp couldn't turn down this opportunity! Without a moment of hesitation, the Thwomp quickly flew over Peach while she wasn't looking and crashed down upon the unwitting princess with all of its force once again. The squishing sounds she made when she was smashed, the soft, putty like texture of her body, and the little squeaks she made each time she was pressed flatter.Īs it floated around the Mushroom Kingdom, it noticed the princess in pink walking across a grassy field once again. The Thwomp that had squashed Peach flat over and over again not too long ago started to miss squashing the little princess.
